"A video was confiscated by police outside of Tulsa, OK, depicting the grisly death of a man looking in a mirror. Very little information has surfaced about the case, other than the fact that the man is seen staring into a mirror moments before his death. An apparent extreme hemmorage is listed as the cause of death, though this seems a tame description in comparison to the footage, which seems to show the man's head exploding. Police have not determined if the man was shot or exposed to any other form of explosive. Though details are thin, there does not appear to have been anything recovered at the scene of the crime other than the man's exploded skull."
Yes, this will really work, but only if your true will is to do it. Wether your a Christian or Dark Artisan should have no effect.
This was always a bit weird for me as i did this on a dare many many years ago in Jerseytown, Pa. Now nothing happened when i did it but the crazy thing was that about 10 years later a guy murdered his wife in the house... I have always had a weirdness about mirrors...

Once, while on vacation...
I was making the bed and I got that feeling of being watched, again. So I look over my shoulder- Nobody there. I turn around to pull on the bedspread (straighten a wrinkle) and there, in the mirror in front of me, I can see a woman standing in the doorway. All I could see was her head, over my shoulder. White woman, light colored hair, bland expression- no malice or anything. But the room got freezing cold and I had the awfullest feeling. I turn around, and look over my shoulder into the doorway- and she wasn't there. But turn back- she was still in the mirror-doorway. I could not get out of there fast enough, all the skin on my whole body was crawling. It was so weird, because I'd always thought I'd be fascinated if I ever saw something like that, saw a ghost, whatever- but at the time, the physical experience was like that of taking sick, sudden, and dreadful. Couldn't get warm, and had the whole Flight or Fight thing going on.

Alice ponders what the world is like on the other side of a mirror, and to her surprise, is able to pass through to experience the alternate world. She discovers a book with looking-glass poetry, "Jabberwocky," which she can read only by holding it up to a mirror. Upon leaving the house, she enters a garden, where the flowers speak to her and mistake her for a flower. There, Alice also meets the Red Queen, who offers a throne to Alice if she just moves to the eighth rank in a chess match. Alice is placed as the White Queen's pawn, and begins the game by taking a train to the fourth rank, since pawns in chess can move two spaces on the first move.

the first mirrors
were likely to be a pool of water where one could observe
their reflection. ancient and primitive mirrors were typically
made of polished stone (obsidian in stone age turkey,
and pre-columbian peru), perhaps wetted to make them more
reflective.

egypt copper mirrors
long before man was able to make mirrors out of glass,
mirrors made of metal (copper, bronze, silver, tin, etc.) were
used. sheets of metal were flattend and polished until it could
be used as a mirror. rounded forms, disks, sometimes with
a design on the back, and usually with a handle.

roman glass mirrors
following pliny, natural history, glass mirrors were invented
at sidon in the first century AD.
surviving examples date earliest to the second century AD.
after the discovery of glass making, the romans made mirrors
out of glass by finishing them with a metall layer.
in roman graves dating from the second and third century
there were also found pieces of glass covered with lead.

middle ages
after the discovery of glassblowing in the 14th century,
mirrors were made out of glass bulbs.
after cooling the bulbs, they were cut in pieces, thus forming
little hollow (convex) mirrors.
(although these mirrors did not have a perfect reflection,
people did not mind at all.
the mirrors available previous at that time, were made out of
metall which wasn't flat and had an even worse reflection).

renaissance mercury mirror
a method of backing a plate of flat glass with a thin
sheet of reflecting metal (tin/mercury amalgam -
the reflecting layer of mercury on mirrors existed out of
75% of tin and approximatly 25% mercury. )
came into widespread production on the italian island of
murano, near venice during the 16th century.
the mirror-makers perfected a method of backing larger
sheets of glass. in the first act of industrial espionage,
the french under louis XIV bribed murano experts to come
to paris. after apparent threats and poisonings, they returned
to italy, but by then it was too late, and the hall of mirrors
at versailles was one result.
also in germany and in belgium this method was already
being used. the exact ingredients and procedure were kept
secret for a long time.
producing a mirror was a complicated and delicate process,
therefor these mirrors were very expensive.
from then on, mirrors got bigger, cheaper, and more pervasive.
on top of that, the production was very unhealthy, due to the
fact that mercury fumes are very toxic.

19th century silver mirror
the chemical process of coating a glass surface with metallic
silver was discovered in the 19th century.
this advance inaugurated the modern techniques of mirror making.
the technique is said to be invented by the german justus von
liebig in 1835.

present-day mirrors
are made by sputtering a thin layer of molten aluminum or silver
onto the back of a plate of glass in a vacuum.

An ancient myth our ancestors believed was that the image in a mirror is our actual soul. A broken mirror represented the soul being astray from your body. To break the spell of misfortune, you must wait seven hours (one for each year of bad luck) before picking up the broken pieces, and bury them outside in the moonlight.

Sit in silence and breathe deeply. When you have quieted your mind, mingle the salt and water before you and purify your body saying:

"By the power of the sacred sea, I am purified."

Light lunar incense and consecrate your self saying:

"By the power of aspiration, I am elevated."

Anoint your navel and third eye chakras with the symbol for the moon saying:

"By the power of the moon, I open the gates of intuition."

Anoint the scrying mirror while visualizing the lunar current permeating all aspects of the mirror, causing it to smoky and glow purple While you are anointing the mirror chant:

"Mirror Mirror, Shimmer and Sheen Open the Gate to Worlds Unseen."

Allow yourself to sway with the sound of your voice, and let your mind surrender to the chant When you feel unable to keep the chant going, state your question and allow your vision to unfold.
